Nikki & Dale relocated to Exmoor in North Devon where they have opened their own Wine School.
Having both travelled the world discovering stunning wine growing regions and tasting some amazing wines, they are ready to share their passion, enthusiasm and knowledge for wine in a relaxed and social environment.
Both Nikki & Dale have worked in the UK Independent Wine Trade for over 25 years. After first studying at catering college Nikki discovered the world of wine and decided this would be the career for her. She has studied her WSET wine exams and acheived the diploma.
Dale worked for over 30 years as a Police Officer and upon retirement began working for his local wine merchant, turning his interest in wine into a profession.
